Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your billing settings — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, with no cancellation fee.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated: you only pay the difference for the days remaining in your current billing period, then the normal rate from your next renewal.
What is a credit?
One credit generates one report. Pro includes 30 credits every month; Enterprise is unlimited. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
Can I change plans later?
