1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TryReport (“TryReport”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of https://tryreport.com and our platform (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We use Clerk for authentication; your use of that sign-in is also subject to their terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. Your content and AI-generated output

You retain ownership of the briefs, ideas, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate outputs.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you our rights in the outputs the Service generates from Your Content (“Output”). Because AI outputs may be similar across users, we cannot guarantee Output is unique, and you are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select on our pricing page. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of report credits that resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, with no cancellation fee. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier. If you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated; if you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. 8. Disclaimers

The Service and all Output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TryReport produces AI-generated research, strategy, and analysis for informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and you should independently verify any Output before acting on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and, where required, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
